Rewards Program
We like to thank you for your continued custom to Little Tee Tee.  By way of a thank you we would like to gift you with '10% off your next order' after 100 points has been accumulated. 

To redeem your points, simply process your order as per usual and leave a message in the comments section asking for a rewards refund.  A refund will be processed once your order is processed. 

You can view your current points tally by signing into your account (found in the menu bar at the bottom on my website) & scrolling down until you see the My Rewards section.

Please note that wholesale/bulk orders have already been reduced and are not subject to further reward discounts.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.
How secure is this store?
This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
Do you accept layby? In certain circumstances we do accept layby.

How do I change my shipping and other personal details? To update your saved account details log into the 'My Account' section and follow the prompts. 

How much is Shipping? We are committed to keeping our shipping fees as low as possible so, as of July 2019, we have set our charges as follows:

Order Dispatch Times
Orders are dispatched on within 3 business days unless out of stock. (If this is the case, we will notify you immediately to discuss).   
Incorrect Delivery Address & Returned Parcels
In the event an incorrect address has been supplied and the parcel has been returned to Little Tee Tee as undeliverable, the parcel will be resent to the correct address but an additional shipping charge will apply. A parcel is NOT insured if you provide an incorrect address and the parcel is not returned and cannot be located.
What is your return policy?
We believe in the quality of our product although understand that  from time to time a customer may purchase an item that is not the right size, colour, or they just may not like it.
Trims & embellishments:  Please make contact within 2 days of receipt.  We will happily exchange/replace damaged items so long as photos of the product are sent to us immediately.
Please note: There is strictly no returns or exchanges on custom-made personalised orders, sale or discounted items.
Exchange of Goods: The customer is responsible for all costs incurred to return parcels to Little Tee Tee and must take all reasonable care to ensure items are returned to us safely and not damaged in transit.  We recommend a trackable mode of delivery as we will not be responsible for any parcels that are lost or misplaced in transit. An additional postage charge will apply to return the exchanged item to the customer.
Shipping of Breakable Items
All care is taken in sending breakable items.  Once you receive your package please check it immediately & prior to signing the courier release form.  By signing the couriers form you are accepting that the goods have been delivered in an acceptable condition.
